El motivo de la presente es para manifestar mi desagrado por el servicio tan malo que se viene presentando los últimos meses en las residencias Mi Refugio. De un tiempo a la fecha las personas que atienden dicho establecimiento lo atienden de mala forma, cuando llega una pareja tiene que esperar mucho rato para que le habran la puerta, este caso nos ha pasado en muchas ocaciones a nosotros, tambien es muy desagradable el aseo a las habitaciones (tendidos sin lavar) y cuendo se le dice al dependiente sobre este detalle contesta muy grosero y responde que el no es ningun portero. Este establecimiento esta muy bien ubicado lastima que lo dejen decaer atendiendolo personas tan mal educadas.
